Clicking Menu Buttons Freezes [Linux - Fedora KDE Workstation 42 - Godot 4.4.1] #141

I've attempted using the tar.gz release as well as running from the Godot editor myself (I am a godot developer, so it wasn't too hard to figure out for me). Regardless of whether I am running it from the extracted tarbal or within the godot editor, I run into an interesting problem; whenever I click on any menu bar option, be it Help, File, etc., the program completely locks up.

Well, that is not entirely accurate; I can drag, resize, etc the window. However, everything else freezes -- including the log output. The constant FPS log messages stop, and the profilers completely freeze. I can only close the program via a SIGTERM or by hitting the stop button if I'm in debug mode, so clearly Godot is able to kill it, but it doesn't think anything is happening (it seems to completely freeze up the frame time).

To make sure this is not a godot issue, I created a dummy project with a menubar and was able to click on menu elements without any freezing.
