Minimum feature set required for users to be able to get garbage day notifications. User needs a web application where they can search for their address. Once they find their address they need to be able to enter their email to sign up for notifications. User needs to get an email to confirm they want notifications. User needs to get an email notification one day before their garbage day reminding them that tomorrow is the garbage day. User needs a mechanism to be able to stop notifications.
