botany pots not working with croptopia seeds

I am on neoforge 21.1.218 and minecraft version 1.21.1 and croptopia seeds in botany pots don't grow, i have tried multiple different dirt blocks and lots of light levels and no results.

Can confirm.

I ran this command in-gmae:
/botanypots debug missing seeds false true

which comes from the botany pots page on curseforge - /botanypots debug missing seeds [saplings] [gen_files] - Scans through the game data looking for crops that may not be defined yet. By default saplings are excluded from the results. If gen_files is true the mod will try to generate datapack files for each missing crop. These files should always be double checked and only used as a starting point.

and it did generate some json files for each of the missing crops using the bookshelf mod format, but they are still not working, as I am assuming the data used in the bookshelf formatted json files is not entirely correct, and it is indeed only a starting point.
