Incompatible with Rails 5

Hi guys, are you planning on making the gem compatible with Rails 5?

Not at this time. We don't have a lot of time to maintain this and are currently investigating swagger for generating our sdk's as a replacement.

We will review/accept a pull request if you would like to tackle it. I believe activeresource is going to be the main issue with upgrading.
