Update T&Cs / Privacy Policy

Describe the task

We haven't updated the Terms and Conditions since taking over the tool. We need to address this.

Look at the original Wicked Lab as a reference, so we can inform users of any material changes.

Success Criteria

• MUST establish clear Terms and Conditions
• MUST establish clear Privacy Policy
• MUST cover users' intellectual property right
• SHOULD establish terms under which users can or cannot use third-party content in the application (or establish who has responsibility for managing licensing of that content),
• MAY detail copyright violation protocols and compliance with Australian and international (e.g. how we respond to a takedown notice)
• MAY detail compliance with Australian and international privacy laws (e.g. GDPR).
