Describe the task

The ecosystem map could do with some work to make it more user friendly.

Success Criteria

  • MUST be able to zoom in on graph (and keep centred)
  • SHOULD allow give users alternative force settings per graph instance
  • SHOULD upgrade to latest version of D3
  • MAY allow printing / export of graph
