2.20.0 is the upcoming major version of EssentialsX, introducing a new Discord Link addon to let players link up their Minecraft and Discord accounts on servers. It also revamps the internal usermap system to reduce inconsistencies with user data.
The 2.20.x series will target Spigot and Paper 1.19.x. Minecraft 1.20 and content from Minecraft: Trails & Tales is currently targeted for the next major release, 2.21.0.
