Goal: make it possible to query epoch related information via our APIs.

API to get stake table for an epoch
current epoch
time in current epoch (useful for monitoring, can compare it to some constant and alert, if necessary)
blocks in current epoch
views in current epoch

We might already have code to expose the stake table in some draft PR. Does anyone recall @tbro @imabdulbasit?
