DL4J M1.1 does not support the new Mac, per https://community.konduit.ai/t/support-for-apple-silicon-m1/1168/3. Initial replacement of M1.1 by M2.1, which requires upgrade of the JVM to 17 (or some later version than 11 anyway), further requires external nashorn dependency. Tests are failing on loading the .js/.jsyt files. Multiple issues here really.
