[Bug]: accounts not created in DB

What happened?

i setup the plugin for use MYSQL not sure why if the account not exists cannot deposit, the logs show in teory the account is try to be created but its just ignored.

PD: if try to replicate the INSERT command removing the IGNORE i get an error for the type of data for the UUID
