The voting message should contain:

Vote for President X and Chancellor Y:
You voted: JA
[switch to NEIN]

No additional output should be shown (i.e., no “Ja vote recorded”), and all inline keyboards need to be deleted when the voting phase ends.

Also, any use of /ja or /nein needs to affect the message and inline keyboard
