What is the issue?

In my setup volume settings below 50 are basically inaudible. This depends of course on the amplifier used but I assume I am not alone with this.

Why is this a problem?

User might be confused if pressing vol+ for a longer duration seems to have no effect. Also in some setups higher volume settings might cause distortion.

My suggestion:

I implemented two new commands vol_min and vol_max (see my pull request). I think these might be useful to others.
