Only able to see 50 playlists

I just started using Mopidy-Tidal, and am fairly new to the ecosystem. I'm currently using:

Mopidy-Tidal version: v0.3.12
Python-Tidal version: v0.8.11

It seems that I can only see 50 of my 192 Tidal playlists. I thought perhaps this was something in ncmpcpp, but I also checked in Iris and it's the same there, only 50 playlists shown.

I've figured out that this is because playlist_paginated() doesn't work correctly and ignores the offset passed to it. The get_items call ends up getting the first 50 items, even though the playlist count is correctly determined to be 192.

It looks like that endpoint is now cursor-based, so I'll look into making a PR to fix this in tidalapi instead.
