EE crashed while upgrading from EE 4.6.2 to EE 4.6.3

Hi, I was using EE 4.6.2 it requested me to update to 4.6.3, but while update it gives this error:
Error while executing ee-docker-image-migrations. EE\Migration\Containers::start_container_migration: Unable to migrate sites to newer version
... when i checked the logs I saw this:
Encountered error while reverting disable-sitename-containers: Failed to chown file "/opt/easyengine/sites/sitename/config/php/php/conf.d/docker-php-ext-sockets.ini".. If possible, do it manually .
After this all sites gives database connection error and i found out mariadb container is restarting:
Also i disabled a website to enable again maybe the problem go but can not enable website and gives this error:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Symfony\Component\Filesystem\Exception\IOException: Failed to chown file "/opt/easyengine/sites/sitename/config/php/php/conf.d/docker-php-ext-sockets.ini". in phar:///usr/local/bin/ee/vendor/symfony/filesystem/Filesystem.php:232
and i can not do anything on this site as it is disabled...

I tried a lot of solutions for a day and nothing worked... please help me as i have alot of websites here.
My Os is Cent os 9 stream.

After two days Hardwork, I realized that the problem is only CentOs doesn't have www-data and after adding by useradd www-data command I tried wp cli update again and everything resolved.
