Listing the GitHub Action on GitHub marketplace (https://github.com/marketplace) will increase it is discoverability. Also, users can add the action to their repositories more easily (with a few clicks).

This is related to #48 but IMO we should go ahead and keep the action in this repo.

However the documentation could be slightly improved in the process as the README will appear as documentation of the action in the marketplace, so maybe you could move that section higher in the README:
