EPM analysis

Hi all,
Thank you so much for writing this very useful code!
I would like to ask if for the EPM would be possible to:

1. Count the # of entries in each compartment (and how to implement it in the code - I am not that good in R)
2. Visualize the total time in the compartments (open or close arms and center). Right now I can only see it in the visitplots but was looking into translate them in numbers, please.

Dear Mary,

Once you have the analysis ready you can use the function MultiFileReport(ts), where ts is your list of Tracking objects and it will not only give you total time in each zones for each individual recording, but also transitions from and to the zone. this you can half to get the number of entries/exits for each animal. This will solve both your questions :)
