Tables creation reliant on labels (shiny)

For now - more instruction should be provided - in the future this should be more flexible.

The initial record table is reliant on the value "search" being applied to the label.

Detailed record table is also partially reliant to "search" value to populate all columns

Precision/Sensitivity also reliant on either screened or final in combination with search, though this is not really a big issue - just needs to be communicated in shiny and potentially made more flexible.
