Blue for links needs to be made darker

Current blue var(--md-accent-fg-color) rgb(32, 148, 243) #2094f3

is too low contrast for accessibility.

We used #267280 rgb(38, 114, 128) on Cirrus website

Hmm. The next standard choice appears to be

theme:
  palette:
    primary: indigo

which is a step too far, I think.

Is there some way to know what will satisfy the requirement?
