What are the columns in "bed idr_ranked_peak" files?

These files have 20 columns which aligns with none of the standard bed file types.
The UCSC encode page: https://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQformat.html#ENCODE
only mentions bed files with 12, 9,10,15 columns but not a 20 column variation.
