After flash bord doesnt connect with st link

What is the bug and how to reproduce it ?

Im using hovercar firmware but i dont know if im using foc or sinusoidale. I didnt change anything on the firmware so ita default.
After flashing to hack firmware everything works but the whels spins very slowly. Already done auto calibrate.
Tried to reconnect to the board but unfortunately i cannot anymore. Found something on the question section with resetting the board and erase the chip but dont have a clue how to do it.
Any help will be apreciated.
