Based on discussion on 2025-08-12, we're going to both tackle the FAQ and modernize it.

@hoodriverheather I took an initial pass at this:

• Fixed some minor spelling errors
• Replaced "the data sharing policy is being developed" with a direct link to the data sharing policy
• Replaced "eCAS" with "LabCAS" and removed the reference to an in-development version of eCAS called LabCAS that's under development
• Replaced all "search for X on this site" with direct links to X (CDEs, biomarkers, protocols)
• Replaced "email us your biomarkers" with a link to the biomarker submission form

Not sure what to do about:

• RedCAP
• Specimens
