Passenger can re-rate a trip and this does not override the already set rating

A passenger can rate a trip they've already rated. When they do this, it does not override the rating they already set but just adds to the user rating.

For example, if the user did not have a rating:

You rate 5*
Driver Rating: 5*

You enter 1*
Driver Rating: 2.5*

Rating should not be allowed after a passenger rates the passenger. Ideally, I would hide the rate button, and display the rating the passenger gave, but there dosen't seem to be a way to do this on the android side since there is no way to verify that a passenger has rated a specific trip.
