The $CASEDIR/CaseDocs directory should have copies of all the namelist/yaml files read by the model at runtime. Its for provenance and also convenience so you don't have to go looking in the RUNDIR.

The files read by EAMxx (namelist.nl output_file.yaml scream_input.yaml in $RUNDIR/data) need to be copied to the CaseDocs. This should be done every time preview_namelists is run.
