[FEATURE] Add mattermost as a chat for HOT sessions #814

One option to improve HOT session experience is to a communication tool that allows to interact with the participants.

We can use mattermost a the central in-session communication tool since it allows to:

Ask questions
Share links
Share files
Share live surveys
Provide one on one support during trainings

We will need to explore what is required for this to be implemented as part of the acebox.

Some ideas:

An Acebox can be flagged as "instructor-tenant" and that one should be provisioned last. It should get as input the users for the session. We can then use this list to automatically add those users to a instructor led channel
