Add the new open telemetry demo app as an available role for the acebox

Tasks:

Use as base the source code for developer persona hot session.
Move the external dependencies or document external dependencies like open telemetry demo source code
Document how to use the use case
Document what problem patterns are available

As a second group of tasks add CICD code:

include CICD definitions to compile code and documentation

As a third group of tasks add the Dynatrace monitoring pack for the solution including:

SRG definition
Workflow automations for the demo
Live debugger connections
