Item amount support for workbench recipes

Item amount support for workbench recipes is very populair. This could either be done with a crafting gui or by completely overwriting the default behaviour when clicking inside the workbench.

I don't think it's easy to do from my experiments. However, it is possible, so I'll leave this issue open.
