random lag every couple of songs[Bug]

Describe the bug
at random once every 2-3 songs the game will the stuttering heavily but then soon return to normal but it is enough to kill many runs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
ive talked to many people and it seems to be only me with this issue but just play and it happens for me

Expected behavior
for it to not stutter

• OS: windiws
• GPU: rtx 3090
• CPU: ryzen 7 5800x3d
• Version: all current versions. master, release, develop

Additional context
ive reinstalled multiple times, moved the folder to other locations, updated drivers and closed every other thing running except the game. this is the only game with this issue. offical eac runs just fine
