Add installer to kiauh community extensions

Will probably have to have Issue 4 first, but after that, have the extension added to kiauh for easier install and greater visibility.

This one might need to be someone else as I don't use Kiauh at all nor do I know anything about it.

But I think 4 is a great idea and I'll see what I can do there.

I think if the options were added to the install so it could be fully setup by the time the install is done (or at least, usable with some warnings), this would be easy and I could totally work on it.

It’s more then welcome as I don’t use kiauh so I haven’t even set eyes on it
