Add options to installer

Add options to the installer to set defaults. For example, ask if you are using sensorless homing, then set it accordingly.

Also maybe homing_safe_y. Have the default, but ask if you need a certain distance.

Should there my blocking user input (which I’m not a fan of) or command line switches that can be passed? The issue is updates via moonraker run the script too so if it’s blocking I’ll need to change the behaviour. Maybe I can detect if it’s an update versus new install. Let me think on this

Maybe make a list of all the questions and we can start there I guess, maybe each question should have an example like for safe_y explain how to get that value? Though if it’s a new install they likely don’t know the position for docks so to won’t know the safe_y position, hmmm

I think you just ask the questions like:
Input the value for safe_y. This should be the thickness of the shuttle and a little buffer. If you don't know, use the default value:

Or, just do some of the main ones assuming most people are going to use the defaults as they are pretty sane.
Sensorless (x/y)
homing_rebound_y
etc
