The app sends these images to Google Gemini AI, which analyzes them and returns a detailed text report. Photos are never saved on our servers — they are deleted from memory after analysis.

Scan history, product logs, and results are always stored locally on your device, regardless of whether you're signed in. The only difference when you sign in with Google or Apple is that your coin balance is synced to your account, so you'll find your coins if you log in from another device.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time directly from the <strong>Settings</strong> screen inside the app. Account deletion permanently removes your user ID, email, and coin balance from our servers. Your scan history and product logs remain stored locally on your device until you uninstall the app or manually clear them. For legal defense purposes, we retain a minimal log of your terms acceptance (timestamp and version only) for up to 10 years, as permitted under GDPR and applicable law.
