fix: Improve block info requests

[ermvrs]

Following methods have to be improved. Returns error with some ethersjs calls.

getBlockByHash
getBlockByNumber
getBlockTransactionCountByHash
getBlockTransactionCountByNumber
getTransactionByBlockHashAndIndex
getTransactionByBlockNumberAndIndex
getTransactionByHash
getTransactionCount
getTransactionReceipt

Try to add padding for unknown values and try to fit values with starknet block data.
