Replicated entries tend to end up on the borders in p-rep designs

When generating partially replicated designs, the replicated genotypes often get pushed out to the edges of the trial layout. This is because the algorithm tries to maximize the distance between reps, which makes sense, but it ends up putting them mostly on the borders.
