Please I will like to know if there are any plan to add function to analyze P-Rep Design on this package ?

In case you have not already checked it out, I recommend Moehring, J., Williams, E.R. & Piepho, HP. Efficiency of augmented p-rep designs in multi-environmental trials. Theor Appl Genet 127, 1049–1060 (2014). https://doi.org/10.1007/s00122-014-2278-y. It may not have code, but it does give you input on how to build your mixed model.
