Potentially broken whitelisting

Description

whitelist role are able to be selected and have their priorities set after whitelisting, however attempting to join as the aforementioned roles leads to being returned to the title screen without joining.

Reproduction
After whitelisting, attempt to join as a whitelisted role, or have a whitelisted role set as your only preference when joining a round.

Additional Context
This so far only seems to apply to newer whitelisted accounts. Older whitelisted accounts do not seem to have a problem, but I cannot confirm that with my limited information

Old issue, but basically the way it's been going is:

• User requests whitelist and an admin runs whitelistadd username
• User attempts to join as a whitelist-locked role and fails
• Server restarts
• User attempts to join as a whitelist-locked role and succeeds
