[docs] Deployment guide files not mentioned or linked in README

Description:

The repository contains two deployment-related files — DEPLOYMENT_GUIDE.md and CLOUDFLARE_DEPLOYMENT_README.md — but the main README.md has no mention of them anywhere. A developer who wants to deploy the project has no way of knowing these guides exist unless they manually browse the repo files.

What is required: Add a ## 🚀 Deployment section (or a note) in the README that links to both DEPLOYMENT_GUIDE.md and CLOUDFLARE_DEPLOYMENT_README.md so users can easily find them.

@DeadIndian I have resolved this issue as a GSSoC 2026 contributor.

Added a new Deployment section to README.md linking to both
DEPLOYMENT_GUIDE.md and CLOUDFLARE_DEPLOYMENT_README.md so
Developers can easily find deployment instructions.
