[docs] Add screenshots or demo preview to README

Description:

The README describes a full web dashboard with features like task management, reward store, role-based permissions, etc., but there are zero screenshots, GIFs, or demo links. A visitor or potential contributor has no visual idea of what the project looks like. This makes the project feel less polished and harder to understand at a glance.

What is required: Add at least 1–2 screenshots or a short GIF of the web dashboard to the README, ideally under a new section like ## 📸 Screenshots.

@DeadIndian I have resolved this issue as a GSSoC 2026 contributor.

Added a new Screenshots section to the README with actual
screenshots of the running Gamify web dashboard, including
Landing Page, Login Page, Register Page, and Dashboard views.
