New secondary resources not "consumed" hourly? #2

Just started a new game with deadair_eco, and noticed a strange situation.

The game certainly knows what are secondary wares:

However, the game does not seem to think those secondary wares are consumed when I ask it about hourly consumption:

Afaik no vanilla ware production uses secondary wares, so we cannot see this happen in vanilla games, but what might be happening here?


Update: I notice the secondary resources are actually consumed, but for some reason the UI does not list the secondary ware hourly consumption correctly.
