Consider using Keep3r for maintenance tasks

Based on what you wrote in Readme:

Operational costs include execution of daily calls to deployed contracts functions that help keep the exchange afloat, such as calls to underlying price feeds "pre-fetch" functions and to option token contracts "destroy" function.

Instead of doing all these things manually, I suggest using a tool/service like Keep3r which automates/decentralizes the maintenance tasks: https://keep3r.network/

Keep3r was created by @andrecronje and many important projects use it (Yearn, Sushiswap, Lido etc.)

I was originally planning to use lambda functions on aws for automating these recurrent tasks.

keep3r requires thinking through rewards for those in the keep3r network. If DeFiOptions has the tech (i.e. AWS), may be easier to use off-chain automation and keep funds in the existing ecosystem

I think the only feasible mechanism for any sort of task/upkeep reward will be to increment the credit balance for the caller (or credit tokens if they try to redeem their balance and no collateral is available to withdraw which will have no cap, if gov tokens have no cap, they could work as well) and can probably priced (in usd) using some kind of function like: gas price oracle * avg amount of gas per action * some small premium.
