So, let me get this issue straight. You are located in Europe, the Instagram Private API Access Version is old (because the tool is no longer updated), and this issue pops up.

Considered teleporting yourself to other continents like America (US) using a VPN? Oh, and if you do decide to get a VPN, in case you aren't paying for one, then consider not looking up for cracked versions because you would have to pay either way.
