fix(filters): Stage B2 sweep round 2 — blocklist 14 more spam/off-topic domains (#191)

Second Stage B2 review pass over the cleaned 2026 pool surfaced more keyword-rich
domains that pass Stage B but never yield an enforcement event:
- escort listings: chvv.net, coupleschoice.com, eliteisraelescort.com
- real-estate / consultancy / lawyer / matchmaking SEO: daniels-assets.com,
  nadlangroup.co.il, arnontl.com, dinaerlich.co.il, doo-lev.co.il
- blogs: daattorah.blogspot.com, habitualvision.blogspot.com,
  blogs.timesofisrael.com
- foreign / off-topic: nature.com, jv.dk (Danish), riksdagen.se (Swedish parliament)

Existing candidates on these domains are suppressed in the operational store via
the Stage B2 protocol (candidates-b2-suppress --domains).
