Protean 1 not making eyes red

Protean does not turn your eyes red, however they are still seeming to glow.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Activate protean 1 with non-red eyes.
2. Examine yourself and it will say "unnatural red aura!"

this is because /tg/ changed the eye overlays to be a list and the assignment takes a certain value first

in /obj/item/organ/eyes/proc/generate_body_overlay

seemingly this || assignment always takes the left value first which is the default eye color making protean 1 adding an overlay to the overlays list never get considered
