Bungee Server Commands

When i setup simplealias to run a server switch it gives me an error of unknown command yet i can do this manually

example

alias
/fs to run /server factions
/lobby to run /server lobby

[Sandukhan]

Plugins on a server, cant send commands to the bungeecord.
You need a bungeecord based plugin for that.
