Missing support of BIP49 and BIP84 #2

Hello, do you have any plans to add support for BIP49 (P2WPKH-nested-in-P2SH) and BIP84 (P2WPKH-nested-in-P2SH)? These are two new standards widely used by bitcoin wallets.
