🐛 Verify Google Analytics is firing

Description

Commit 47ccddb says "adding analytics" but no GA4/gtag snippet was found in the HTML source. Analytics may not be tracking.

Current Behavior

• No gtag.js, G-XXXXXX, or analytics.js references found in any HTML file
• Cannot confirm if analytics was added and later removed, or never wired up

Expected Behavior

Google Analytics 4 (or equivalent) properly installed and tracking page views.

Acceptance Criteria

• GA4 measurement ID added to all pages (or via shared include)
• Verify real-time tracking in GA4 dashboard
• Consider Google Tag Manager for easier future management
