BCDM resetting Health and Power on Default Frame when it shouldn't

On Retail, v12.0.13 of BCDM.

1. I do not use BCDM for the Personal Resource Display frame items, so I have both the Primary and Secondary Power Bars options disabled in BCDM.
2. I started with a fresh profile after some previous problems, made sure that none of the established addons that are causing problems were enabled and set everything up.
3. I have the PRF set to show only the class resources. The frame now stays where it should.
4. I save and exit EditMode.
5. I open BCDM, with the power bars already set to disabled in BCDM, to make changes to those things I have enabled. I never touch the tabs and options for the power bars.
6. When I close BCDM, the health and power bars on the default frame get reenabled.

This feels like BCDM is writing to the cvar to enable them in the default ui because I have them disabled in BCDM. If this is the case, it really should only be writing to that cvar if a change is actually made via the options panel. If the value on closing the window is the same as when the options window opened, BCDM should be leaving them alone.
