Incorrect beam flux systematic YAML parameter definitions

The beam flux systematic YAML config file doesn't contain any kinematic cuts on the production PDG code or horn current. Naively I would have expected it to and it does looks like the older XML file did contain that information: Link. We need to confirm which config files were used in the TDR-era analysis and compare to the new YAML file.
