--tile-on-icon-color: has no effect on icon color

As I understand it, --tile-on-icon-color: will allow me to set the color of the tile icon when the entity is in an "on" state. I have tried and it doesn't appear to work. I get this instead: color: rgb(134, 94, 60);

Had an error in my css.

After further testing, this only works on switches. It doesn't work on rgb lights or light groups. Actually, I haven't been able to get it to work on anything other then a switch. Any ideas about what I may be doing wrong?
