Open World Server v1.2.1

Server security update! Wanted to add more content, but some recent events caused me to have to panic launch this update. The following has been added or modified:

1- The banning system has been reworked, the code for it has been cleaned and now everything is more user friendly. For more info type help in the console.

2- Overall stability has been improved with this patch, actions that might make the server unresponsive has been cleaned a bit for better performance.

3- Some security fixes have been added, can't tell a lot about them since that would mean revealing stuff to the bad guys, but rest assured, this will make your server much less likely (if not completely) vulnerable against custom code abusers.
