Installating WSL and ubuntu

Hi guys, whenever I try to install WSL l, I get this error.
What could be the problem?

I use Mac so it can be tough to help with this wsl and ubuntu installation but it seems like the error is kind of explicit about your machine not supporting wsl2

@Goodybag1 You need to enable virtualization from your BIOS if not enabled. For wsl2 I think you need a 64bit architecture, may be wrong. there are some guides online, for example
