DIFFICULTY INSTALLING "make" AFTER GIT CLONING SMART-CONTRACT-LOTTERY-CU

Hello, please ive been encountring the error message severally when trying to "make install" after git cloning smart-contractr-lottery-cu

im constantly getting the error below and i dunno if im not doing something right

make : The term 'make' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a 
path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

Hello @LawrenceEzealor, I think you don't have make installed on your machine. You need to install make before using the make install command.

I have tried severally to have make installed on my machine, and this challenge has really limited my progress, i used a windows 11 and i have WSL istalled already. ran the necessary CLI's on my terminal, yet not working, i dunno if im missing something..but id research further so i can find a solution with regards this issues....many thanks
